These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the eBook publishing services provided by Citrus Writing ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services or form a binding contract.
• By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Website": All content, features, and functionality provided at CitrusWriting.com.
• "Customer" or "You": The individual or entity ordering services.
• "Services": All eBook writing, editing, formatting, design, marketing and related publishing services offered by us.
• "Order": A request for Services submitted via our website, email, or phone, and confirmed by payment.

3. Services & Order Process

a) Order Submission

• Place orders through our website, email, or phone.
• We will confirm receipt and expected timeline.

b) Scope

• Detailed in your Service Description and Proposal.
• Any changes require written agreement and may affect fees and timeline.

c) Delivery

• Final deliverables will be sent electronically (PDF, EPUB, DOCX, or as agreed).

4. Fees & Payment

• All fees will be quoted in advance.
• Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods as agreed.
• 50% deposit upon order confirmation, balance upon delivery, unless otherwise specified.
• Late payment may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

5. Revisions & Refunds

a) Revisions

• Each package includes up to X rounds of revisions within 10 days of delivery.
• Additional revisions billed at our standard hourly rate.

b) Refunds

• Full refund if order is cancelled prior to project start.
• Partial refunds (less processing fee of $250 or 5%) for valid requests within 10 days of delivery, subject to work completed.
• No refunds for minor stylistic changes, delays due to your input, or requests beyond 10 days.

6. Intellectual Property & License

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you provide. Upon full payment, we assign to you all rights in the final deliverables, except our underlying methodologies and templates.
• License to Use: We retain a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the work in our portfolio or marketing materials.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We will keep your manuscripts and materials confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent.
• Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

• We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional manner.
• We make no guarantees regarding publication, sales, or royalties.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the deliverables.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms and fail to cure within 10 days of notice.
• You may terminate at any time, but fees for completed work remain due.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E.
• Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration in Ras Al Khaimah under the UAE Arbitration Law.

13. Modifications

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
